Yu-Chih is a Bioinformatician in the Arromer Target Mining team at Systems Oncology. His responsibilities include implementing machine learning pipelines for bioinformatic analyses and exploring new methodologies. He collaborates with software developers and data scientists on the team, working with state-of-the-art software tools for bioinformatics and data science.
Before joining Systems Oncology, Yu-Chih was a Laboratory Assistant at Henlix Biotech, where he gained his molecular biology research experience. He leverages his domain knowledge and experience in biological laboratory research in developing various new biomedical analysis utilities and packages in programming languages.
Yu-Chih received his B.S. in Biomedical Science and Environmental Biology from Kaohsiung Medical University, and his M.S. in Biomedical Informatics from Arizona State University.
